We’re now 15 days from November 4, believe it or not – and, per Sam Shirazi’s super-helpful early voting spreadsheet, a slew of satellite voting centers open today (in Chesapeake, Chesterfield, Henrico, Loudoun, Newport News, Richmond) tomorrow (in Arlington), Thursday (in Fairfax and Norfolk), etc. Meanwhile, starting on Saturday, Abigail Spanberger will conclude the 2025 campaign with an 11-day “Virginia Votes Bust Tour” – all over Virginia, so check it out. And make sure you VOTE (blue, of course), early if possible, and remind everyone you know to do the same!

RICHMOND, Va. — In the lead up to Election Day on November 4, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger will be embarking on another bus tour across the Commonwealth — the 11-day, 40-plus-stop “Virginia Votes Bus Tour,” which will kick off this weekend.

From October 25 until Election Day on November 4, Spanberger will travel across the Commonwealth to lay out the stakes in this year’s elections and encourage Virginians to cast their ballots. Along the tour, Spanberger will also make clear to Virginians that she is the only candidate for Governor of Virginia who will always put Virginia first — and who will get to work on day one to lower costs for Virginia families, grow Virginia’s economy, and strengthen Virginia’s schools.

“Since I launched my campaign to serve Virginians as their next Governor, I have been traveling across the Commonwealth and listening to Virginians share the challenges facing their families — from high costs to job losses and threats to their businesses. I’ve spoken with Virginians about their concerns — about the success of their children’s schools, our Commonwealth’s economic future, and the security of our fundamental rights,” said Spanberger. “Now — as we approach Election Day and hundreds of thousands of Virginians are casting their ballots, I’m making clear to Virginians that on day one, I will get to work to make their visions a reality. As Virginia’s next Governor, I will be focused on making Virginia more affordable, protecting our economy from threats out of Washington, and making sure our schools are the best in the country — and I will never be afraid to stand up for Virginia.”

Additional RSVP details will be advised later this week.

BACKGROUND

Spanberger remains focused on putting Virginians first as Governor — by lowering costs for Virginia families, growing Virginia’s economy, and making sure Virginia’s schools are the best in the nation.

Earlier this year, Spanberger rolled out her Affordable Virginia Plan to lower Virginians’ healthcare, housing, and energy costs. The cost of living remains the top issue for Virginia voters.

In July, Spanberger rolled out her Growing Virginia Plan to grow workforce training opportunities for Virginians, bring more business investment to Virginia, and expand trade opportunities for Virginia businesses. In the face of the Trump Administration’s attacks on Virginia’s economy and workforce — attacks that led the University of Virginia to forecast that the Commonwealth will have virtually no job growth in 2026, Spanberger will stand up for Virginia jobs.

In August, Spanberger announced her Strengthening Virginia Schools Plan to strengthen Virginia’s child care and early childhood education programs, K-12 schools, and institutions of higher education. As a mom of three kids in Virginia public schools, Spanberger has a plan to make sure Virginia’s schools are the best in America.

The “Virginia Votes Bus Tour” is Spanberger’s second statewide bus tour of her campaign. Earlier this year, Spanberger completed her eight-day, 49-stop “Span Virginia Bus Tour,” which energized voters across the Commonwealth.
