“Fighting fire with fire is a tough choice. But it’s the right one.”

Richmond, Va. — Today, the Vote YES campaign released its newest ad, “Tough,” featuring Virginia veterans urging voters across the Commonwealth to stand up to Donald Trump and vote YES on the upcoming redistricting referendum.

The ad makes it clear that protecting freedom isn’t easy and requires tough choices. As Donald Trump threatens our democracy, Virginia’s veterans are standing up and fighting back — by voting YES by April 21.

Colonial Jim Currie, USCM Sergeant Sarah Bakerand Army Veterans Nate Murphy & Terron Simmons all served and defended our country in uniform — and they’re taking the fight to the ballot box. These veterans are urging Virginians to stand up, push back, and level the playing by voting YES on or before April 21.

Simmons: I’m choosing to fight back.
