It’s truly astounding that the US Navy, once led by our own Jim Webb, is now being “led” (in air quotes) by none other than Hung Cao. Yeah, this guy – while the U.S. is at war,  has a naval blockade going against Iran, no less.  And yes, we are in big, big trouble as a nation.
