Bob Marshall.” Personally, I don’t think it’s so much that “Sideshow Bob” feeds Cooch his lines or pulls Cooch’s strings, as that these two theocratic wackjobs are essentially 100% simpatico and are working hand-in-glove to turn Virginia into this. God help us.
