In a Tweet posted Monday night, Sebastian Gorka, a former Trump official with alleged Neo-Nazi ties, endorsed Lolita Mancheno-Smoak, the Republican nominee in District 42.

“Tonight’s Tweet by a former Trump official with alleged Nazi ties took us all off-guard,” said House Democratic Caucus spokeswoman Katie Baker. “Is this what the Republican Party has been reduced to? We resoundingly reject the politics of hate and remain steadfast in our commitment to elect Democrats who will fight to make Virginia a more inclusive place.”
