The Virginia League of Conservation Voters has endorsed Carl Genthner’s campaign for the 13th House of Delegates against Bob Marshall.
“As a strong advocate for protecting our natural resources, I am proud to have the endorsement of the League of Conservation Voters. This organization is one of the state’s strongest watchdog groups protecting our environment, ensuring that future generations will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of Virginia’s landscape.” Genthner said.
“As the next Delegate from the 13th District, I will stand strongly in support of environmental protections and doing what I can to make sure that we protect our natural resources for future generations,” Genthner said.
According to the League of Conservation Voters legislative scorecard Delegate Marshall only supported environmental protections 29% of the time for the 2010 session and 45% of the time for the 2011 session.
