Elaine for Congress Launches Final Television Advertisement “Homecoming”

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Today the Elaine for Congress campaign announced the launch of “Homecoming,” a television advertisement highlighting Congresswoman Elaine Luria’s record of serving the people and integrity, and her dedication to fighting for Coastal Virginians. The final advertisement draws a strong contrast with Scott Taylor’s ongoing election fraud investigation and underhanded political trickery.

“Families like yours and mine are why I ran for Congress and who I fight for now as your Representative,” said Congresswoman Luria. “Working on bipartisan solutions to make healthcare more affordable and ensuring small businesses lead the way in our economic recovery. It’s not about me, it’s about us.”

“Homecoming” tells the story of Congresswoman Elaine Luria’s record of service to her country and to the people of Coastal Virginia. It embraces the idea that Washington, DC should reflect the values of family and country in order to better service the American people. Congresswoman Elaine Luria has embodied those principles throughout her first term representing the people of the 2nd District and she will continue to bring that perspective to Congress.

Congresswoman Elaine Luria represents Virginia’s Second Congressional District, which includes all of Accomack and Northampton Counties, the cities of Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, as well as portions of Norfolk City, Hampton, and York and James City Counties. Congresswoman Luria serves on the House Armed Services Committee where she is Vice-Chair of the Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee and on the House Veterans Affairs Committee where she is the Chair of the Disability and Memorial Assistance Subcommittee. In 2018, Elaine Luria flipped VA-02 from a Republican incumbent and is a current Frontline incumbent.
