See below for yet another interesting catch from American Bridge, in which Sen. Amanda Chase – a Republican candidate for governor – said the following last night:

“I support equal rights not special rights you know. Senator [Jennifer] McClellan she is the vice chairman of the Legislative Black Caucus and I’m all for diversity but we cannot continue… And I said she will not be a governor that supports everyone. Listen we need to stop looking and discriminating against people because of the color of their skin. That’s just wrong. We need to celebrate diversity but we need to be inclusive.”

WTF? These comments, by the way, are very similar to what Chase said back in June 2020:

“I’m sick and tired of ALL of the identity politics and yet the Virginia Governor’s race in 2021 is shaping up to be ALL about who will be the best female for Governor. If you thought Ralph Northam was bad wait to you see the McClellan agenda. She serves as the vice-chair of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus. One thing you can be sure of- she is NOT for ALL Virginians.”

Meawnwhile, it’s very telling that Chase is one of the leading candidates to be the Virginia GOP’s 2021 gubernatorial nominee, along with rabid xenophobe Pete Snyder, etc…
