| MCLEAN, VA — Today, Terry for Virginia released a new digital ad highlighting Glenn Youngkin’s refusal to accept debates against Terry McAuliffe. While Terry has accepted five debate invitations and looks forward to discussing his record and education, the economy and health care, Youngkin is still hiding. Just this week, Youngkin refused to accept a single new debate invitation.
The reality is, Youngkin is cowering in fear of answering questions about his extreme, out-of-touch agenda. Youngkin is afraid to face difficult questions about his total loyalty to Donald Trump, his unconscionable opposition to Medicaid expansion for over 550,000 Virginians, and his belief that the American Rescue Plan is “wrong” and “unnecessary.”
