Did anyone else notice that Senator Warner was one of the 5 Democrats to join the republicans in voting down the bill to block a measure that would have used the tax code to punish big companies that shut U.S. manufacturing plants and move the jobs overseas.

I called his office to ask for his rationale in voting against this bill, and his aide told me that they haven’t received a statement yet from Senator Warner.
