It’s bad enough that Ken Cuccinelli was involved in this scandal, an apparent quid pro quo political donation from the U.S. Navy Veterans Association scam “charity” to Cooch, in exchange for Cooch’s agreement to transfer the Office of Consumer Affairs – which was investigating the U.S. Navy Veterans – into the Attorney General’s office. In addition, Cooch also was one of the staunchest defenders of corrupt (former) Del. Phil Hamilton, now indicted for bribery and extortion. What is it with Ken Cuccinelli and ethics? Or, to put it another way, when it comes to crazy Cooch, “what’s that stench?”
