In this interview with NBC12’s Ryan Nobles, Jim Webb says that “he is moving closer to a decision and will be in or out by the end of the first quarter.” He also claims he actually doesn’t dislike campaigning, as most people believe, but it’s clear he’s focused on the “need to govern” and “to solve problems.” Anyway, as always the case with Jim Webb, he’ll likely keep us in suspense for a while, so stay tuned…
