Exactly right, you tell 'em, Scott! More importantly, it's urgent that Gov. McDonnell and every member of the Virginia Congressional delegation - particularly Republicans, since their party controls the House of Representatives and is the one calling for these disastrous, draconian cuts - do everything in their power to stop this assault on Northern Virginia, and by extension on Virginia as a whole (since NOVA is the economic engine of the rest of the state). This is a huge test for Virginia Republicans like Bob McDonnell, Eric Cantor and Frank Wolf. We'll see if they pass or fail.
