36th Senate district Republican candidate and George Allen endorsee “Tito the Builder” (so dubbed by Sarah Palin) Muñoz, who Andrew Breitbart calls “one of the greatest voices” in the Tea Party, spoke the other day at the Christine “Not a Witch” O’Donnell event in Arlington. According to Mr. “The Builder,” when he became a citizen, he took an oath to defend this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Mr. “The Builder” added his own line, which he mentions in this speech to enthusiastic applause:  “I know who the domestic enemies are.” Gee, I wonder who he could be talking about? Hmmmmm.
