Shuttleworth for Congress Strategist Quits, Citing “Unsubstantiated, False Allegations”

Remember this, wherein 8th CD Democratic congressional candidate (challenging incumbent Rep. Jim Moran) Bruce Shuttleworth didn’t make the ballot, then did, then accused Jim Moran and 8th CD Democrats of “pathetic, smoke-filled backroom, Tammany Hall corruption?” Well, apparently his strategist – Anthony Dale of Dale Consulting Group – had enough, quitting the campaign with an apology and a pledge to do better in the future (“of selecting clients that really adhere to democratic values”). Ouch.
