Sen. Warner at about 1:05 into this video; Sen. Kaine at about 55 minutes in. Both go after Mulvaney on Trump’s attacks against Federal workers – hiring freeze, pay freeze, the horrendous Holman rule, implying that they are corrupt, etc. – and fail to get good answers, or really any answers at all.
