Of 100 House of Delegates districts, 75 have at least one split precinct.

Of 133 localities in Virginia (95 counties & 38 cities), 32% manage split precincts in HD races.

Errors in HD28 have affected 147 voters so far. Margin in the race is only 82 votes. The SBE meets at 1 pm today.
