A few of the responses to VA GOP Chair John Whitbeck‘s disgusting attacks on FBI Deputy Director Andy McCabe (see screenshots below) are worth posting here: 1) “Are you suggesting that being photographed with his family is somehow the same thing as being actively involved in her campaign?”; 2) “You gotta be kidding. Those are family pictures and not violations of the hatch act.”; 3) “I campaigned with Jill & I never saw her husband at any campaign event! Being on a flier is showing family values which ur party only pretends to have!”
More to the point, it’s highly revealing – and definitely not in a good way! – that the chair of the Virginia GOP, John “Anti-Semitic ‘Joke’ Dude” Whitbeck – has now stooped to defending Trump’s outrageous, disgusting attacks on the FBI’s Deputy Director. As former CIA Director John Brennan says, “Andy McCabe & Jim Baker epitomize integrity, competence, and respect for rule of law. Not surprised @realDonaldTrump fears them, along with the rest of FBI.” And as Rep. Ted Lieu says, “I look forward to the day when Andrew McCabe is called to testify publicly under oath about Obstruction of Justice by @POTUS.”
