WHAT WE KNOW:

1. VA GOP House Leader Todd Gilbert led the fight to kill the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment in Virginia this year.

2. Todd Gilbert’s Political Director is Kyle Ford. See below from Ford’s LinkedIn Page.

3. Todd Gilbert’s Political Director Kyle Ford attempted to infiltrate the non-partisan VA Ratify ERA campaign by posing as an ERA supporter and contacted the Pro-ERA Group through a fake twitter account. See below screenshots of direct messages from Todd Gilbert’s Political Director Kyle Ford’s fake twitter account and the caller ID from when Ford tried to contact the VA Ratify ERA Campaign under false pretenses.

WHAT THE PUBLIC DESERVES TO KNOW:

1. Did Todd Gilbert order his Political Director Kyle Ford to infiltrate the VA Ratify ERA campaign?

2. Did Todd Gilbert’s staff or Virginia House GOP staff order Todd Gilbert’s Political Director Kyle Ford to infiltrate the VA Ratify ERA campaign?

3. If he did not specifically order this action, was Todd Gilbert aware that his Political Director Kyle Ford had or was attempting to infiltrate the VA Ratify ERA Campaign?

4. Was Kyle Ford, who served Todd Gilbert during the legislative session, ever paid with taxpayer funds? Were these funds used as part of Todd Gilbert’s Political Director Kyle Ford’s attempted infiltration of the VA Ratify ERA Campaign?
