This is very interesting and bullish for the “blue team,” with the 2018 VPAP “So You Think You’re a Pundit” winner (an “active Republican from Culpeper” and a self-described “Classical Liberal”), Christian Heiens, predicting as many as 60+ Democratic seats in the House of Delegates (his best guess is +7 or +8 Dems, bringing them to 56 or 57 seats) and as many as 26 Democratic seats in the State Senate (which would be +7 seats from the current 19; his best guess is +2 to +4 D). Let’s hope Heiens is right again!
