See below for video of Sen. Mark Warner’s latest Facebook Live Town Hall, from – as he says – “my kitchen in Alexandria, Virginia…this was the place where I managed to create what was called one of my either best or worst things I’ve ever done as U.S. Senator – the infamous tuna melt, about a week or 10 days ago, that ended up going very viral…I’d actually not urge you to eat that kind of tuna melt…” Haha, good idea! 🙂
In all seriousness, Sen. Warner made some remarks and answered a bunch of questions, not surprisingly focused on the COVID-19 pandemic, including the terrible unemployment numbers and the continued increase the number of cases in Virginia. Sen. Warner asked why, two months into this, we don’t have a national program on PPE. He also said we need a lot more testing in order to reopen, and the White House should have taken responsibility to set up a national testing program. There’s a lot more – check it out in the video. And thanks to Sen. Warner for doing these!
