Arlington Commonwealth’s Attorney Says She Doesn’t Have the Authority to Prosecute VP Pence for Social-Distance-Regulations-Violating Staff Gathering/Photo

So, basically, VP Mike Pence acted irresponsibly, violated Virginia’s social COVID-19 guidelines and endangered people’s health, but he didn’t violate any laws that can be prosecuted by the Commonwealth’s Attorney. Still, the guy’s not someone who should be holding high office…for a ton of reasons, including his repeated refusal to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously.
