NEW TV AD: Terry for Virginia Releases New Ad “Caught” Highlighting Glenn Youngkin’s Efforts to Hide Far Right Abortion Views from Voters

Terry has long been a champion of women’s reproductive rights and has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia and NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia due to his strong record. As Virginia’s 72nd Governor, Terry successfully fought back against attempts to close all women’s health clinics in Virginia and kept the clinics open, and he vetoed multiple bills that would have defunded Planned Parenthood. Just as he was before, Terry will always be a “brick wall” to protect access to reproductive health care in the Commonwealth.

News Anchor: A secretly recorded video of Virginia’s GOP candidate for governor, getting some national attention tonight.
News Anchor: Glenn Youngkin was there asked if he would support defunding Planned Parenthood and a ban on abortion.
Narrator: Glenn Youngkin’s been caught, caught on video admitting his far-right agenda. When asked about defunding Planned Parenthood and banning abortion:
Glenn Youngkin: I’m going to be really honest with you, the short answer is in this campaign I can’t. When I’m governor, and I have a majority in the House, we can start going on offense. But as a campaign topic, sadly, that in fact won’t win my independent votes.
Narrator: That’s right, Glenn Youngkin wants to ban abortion and defund Planned Parenthood. He just doesn’t want you to know about it.
