Haha, well this was fun…in the Virginia State Senate a few minutes ago, the great debate over COVID “cages.” Note that they aren’t “cages,” but intended to be protections against COVID transmission. Also note that while most Democratic State Senators are vaccinated AND wearing masks, most Republican State Senators are NOT wearing masks, and who knows if they’re vaccinated or not… (meanwhile, over in the Virginia House of Delegates, which is unfortunately now under Republican “management,” there are pretty much no rules or protections to speak of re: COVID, so keep an eye out for a lot of COVID infections in the House of Delegates this session)
