See below for the latest COVID-19 statistics for Virginia, courtesy of the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA). As you can see, total cases hit 1,397,155, up 45,738 since the Friday morning report and up a massive 176,119 over the past 10 days. As for hospitalizations, according to VDH, we’re now at a cumulative 46,337, up 510 from the Friday morning statistics (also, VHHA now has hospitalizations at 3,812 – close to the highest ever in the entire pandemic). And deaths are at 15,814, up 11 from the Friday morning statistics.
