See below for the latest COVID-19 statistics for Virginia, courtesy of the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA). As you can see, total cases hit 1,407,403, up 10,248 since the Monday morning report and up a massive 186,367 over the past 10 days. As for hospitalizations, according to VDH, we’re now at a cumulative 46,464, up 127 from the Monday morning statistics (also, VHHA now has hospitalizations at 3,948 – the highest ever recorded in the pandemic). And deaths are at 15,822, up 8 from the Monday morning statistics.
