Video: Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA02) Says DoJ “Must Act Quickly”; Declares “Attorney General Garland, do your job, so that we can do ours!”

Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA02), speaking a bit earlier today, spoke for all of us, saying:

• “Why is it that when we get closer and closer to the former president, [Trump’s] inner circle, those nearest to the president, why are those the ones who refuse to tell the American people what they know? What is it they’re covering up?”
• “What Mr. Scavino and Mr. Navarro are you covering up? And who are you covering for?…What, Mr. Meadows, are you covering up and who are you covering for?”
• “Tonight, I will vote to hold Mr. Scavino and Mr. Navarro accountable for their actions, and recommend that the House of Representatives cite both of them for contempt of Congress. The Department of Justice must act quickly. I will echo what my colleagues have already said, but more bluntly – Attorney  General Garland, do your job, so that we can do ours.”
