With the Virginia General Assembly convening next Wednesday for its 2023 session, there are already many bills pre-filed, including a bunch of godawful ones by Republican lawmakers. See below for a sampling of some of the worst (note: this list isn’t comprehensive by any means, and I’ll add more as I see them or as you suggest them)…and of course follow VAPLAN (the “Virginia Progressive Legislative Alert Network”) if you want to keep up with Virginia legislation this session – and every session!
