Polls are now open (from 9 am to 6 pm) in the Democrats’ “firehouse primary” to choose a nominee for the soon-to-be-vacant seat held by Congresswoman-elect Jennifer McClellan. This Henrico/Richmond/Hanover/Charles City County seat is deep-“blue,” so it’s not an issue of whether or not Democrats can hold it, but who they want as their nominee and next State Senator.
To see details about this election, including where/how to vote, and to watch the three Democratic candidates – Alexsis Rodgers, Del. Lamont Bagby and Del. Dawn Adams – speak to the Henrico Democrats and answer questions the other day, click here (and also see the videos below). May the best candidate win!
