Insurrectionist/Extremist/Slimeball Jim Jordan Moves Closer to Speakership. As Former Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA05) Says, “Sadly, Jordan’s values are the GOP’s values”

With House Republicans apparently moving closer to electing insurrectionist, far-right extremist and overall scumbag Jim Jordan as *Speaker of the House* (!!!), see below for some observations by former Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA05), Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA08)’s Deputy Chief of Staff Aaron Fritschner, David Rothkopf, Bill Kristol, Joe Walsh, etc. on who Jordan is and what all this might mean about the Republican Party. In short, it’s all REALLY ugly, disturbing, and dangerous. And that certainly includes any Republican, including those in districts won by Joe Biden (e.g., Jen Kiggans in VA02) who end up voting for this fascist.

This is a great reminder to NEVER vote Republican – whether at the federal, state or local level – and certainly to NEVER trust that, in the end, even the most seeminly “reasonable” or “moderate” Republicans won’t cave to the far right, whether on Jim Jordan or on banning abortion or…anything, really.
