Mark Warner for their tremendous leadership on this (“Biden signs Ukraine aid, TikTok ban package after Republican battle”), and for managing to pass this vital aid package to Ukraine, etc. – despite obstruction from MAGA/pro-Putin Republicans and, of course, treasonous Donald Trump.
