Fmr. VA Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling (R) on the Trump-Musk “Bromance” Ending: “Musk should know that Trump does not accept criticism well, and he will take the knees out from under anyone who publicly questions him.”

I’m posting this analysis by former VA Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling (R) for three main reasons: 1) it’s awesome to watch Elon Musk and Donald Trump rip the shi* out of each other, and I honestly can’t get enough of it…hope it goes on forever, LOL; 2) Bolling voted for Trump and apparently STILL supports the treasonous, incompetent, corrupt, felonious buffoon, because…who the hell knows, honestly, other than fears of “socialism,” “illegals,” Black women, “DEI” (another word for “Black and Brown people”) whatever gets Bolling and his ilk all riled up; 3) I mostly agree with Bolling’s analysis that the Trump/Musk “bromance…is apparently over,” that Trump’s budget bill explodes the debt, that “Trump would not have won in 2024 without [Musk’s] support,” that “Trump should be impeached,” and that ” Trump does not accept criticism well, and he will take the knees out from under anyone who publicly questions him.”

So with that, get out the popcorn, salt and hot butter, plus your beverage of choice, and enjoy the show as (hopefully) Trump and Musk continue to savage each other and, if we’re really dreaming big, take the Republican Party down with them!

“The bromance between President Trump and Elon Musk is apparently over.

It started when Musk had the audacity to question Trump’s ‘big, beautiful bill’ that is currently working its way through Congress.

Musk, like many conservatives, does not believe the bill does enough to reduce spending, and he objects to the fact that the bill will add almost $4 trilion to the national debt.

Then the war of words really erupted:

Trump asserted his disappointment in Musk’s comments.

Musk suggested that Trump would not have won in 2024 without his support.

Trump threatened to cut off government contracts with Musk’s companies.

Musk suggested Trump should be impeached.

The war of words has become a barroom brawl!

Musk is not wrong to question some of the “big, beautiful bills” provisions.

The spending cuts in the bill are modest, and nowhere near what Trump and Musk had promised.

The bill is more about making Trump’s tax cuts of 2017 permanent and increasing the debt ceiling than it is about reducing spending.

But Musk should know that Trump does not accept criticism well, and he will take the knees out from under anyone who publicly questions him.

That apparently even applies to people who have been among his strongest supporters, even if their name is Elon Musk.”
