Great stuff; let’s see how many seats we can gain for Speaker Don Scott (can we hit 60 out of 100? more?).

Virginia House Democrats Make Earliest Ever $1 Million+ Investment Across All 18 Battleground Districts
Richmond, VA —  Today, the Virginia House Democratic Caucus announced an immediate investment of over one million dollars across its 18 battleground districts—the earliest investment of this scale in Caucus history. This historic push makes one thing clear: Democrats are on the offensive to protect progress and expand their majority this November.

“With less than 70 days to go, Virginians deserve to know their leaders are in the fight for them. That’s why we’re making the largest early investment ever — because Democrats are ready to win, ready to lead, and ready to keep Virginia moving forward,” said Speaker Don Scott.

“Over a million dollars on the ground means one thing: we’re taking the fight to Republicans in every battleground district,” said Campaigns Chair, Delegate Dan Helmer. “We’re not backing down — we’re turning up the pressure and building momentum all the way to November.”

Virginia House Democrats are contesting the largest legislative battleground in recent history, with candidates running in all 100 House districts and targeting 14 Republican-held seats across the Commonwealth.

This surge in support follows two recent major investments in Democratic success: $3 million contribution from Speaker Don Scott to boost battleground races, and a $1.5 million investment from the Democratic National Committee into the state’s coordinated campaign — one of the largest and earliest of its kind in an off-year.
