Video: In Patriotic and Unifying Closing Ad, Tim Kaine Points to the Pledge of Allegiance to Say ‘We Can’t Let Our Leaders Divide Us’

I urge EVERYONE to vote for Tim Kaine next Tuesday and to absolutely crush Corey Stewart’s political career.

In the closing ad of his 2018 Senate campaign, Tim Kaine cites the Pledge of Allegiance to urge Virginians to patriotically come together, reject division, and build “a Virginia that works for all.” The ad encapsulates in its title Kaine’s campaign-long theme — “For All” — and his lifelong commitment to building bridges and uniting people to tackle our biggest challenges.

We pledge allegiance to a flag that represents liberty and justice not for some, but for all.

I want a Virginia that works for all, with economic opportunity and a chance for a good life.

I’ll work with anyone to build that Virginia.

We can’t let our leaders divide us, because we’re all Americans.
