Biden for President to Hold Virginia Health Care Roundtable with Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger, Delegate Lashrecse Aird, and Dr. David Kessler
On Saturday, May 9, Biden for President will host a virtual roundtable with Virginians on the importance of access to health care during the COVID-19 pandemic with special guest Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger.
Congresswoman Spanberger, Virginia Delegate Lashrecse Aird, and Biden for President Public Health Advisory Committee member and former FDA Commissioner Dr. David Kessler will speak about Vice President Biden’s leadership throughout the COVID-19 crisis, what steps the federal government should take during this crisis so that Americans can return to their lives safely, and how Biden plans to expand health care access to all Americans.
The virtual roundtable will be open to the press but, as with in-person roundtables, Q&A will be reserved for voters.
