I will never forget the day John Lennon was murdered, December 8, 1980, when I was a freshman in college at the University of Pennsylvania. But today, on a happier note, is John Lennon’s birthday. Today, if John Lennon had lived, he’d be 70 years old. Now that is something that’s not so hard to imagine, I just wish it were true. Rest in peace, John Lennon, you and your amazing music will never be forgotten.
