Below is a link to a very interesting article regarding the Virginia Legislature’s plan to amend the US Constitution to allow states to overturn laws enacted by Congress and perhaps to allow the states to repeal US Constitutional amendments. Of course the VA legislature can’t do it without the help of Congress…and guess who says he’s very interested…none other than Eric Cantor.
