New Poll: Felix Getting Creamed in Area He Represented as Delegate, U.S. Representative

    Gotta love it:

In a matchup between the two former governors running for U.S. Senate, [Tim] Kaine leads [George] Allen by a margin of 59.3 percent to 40.7 percent among voters with a preferred candidate in the city of Charlottesville and five Central Virginia counties. Of the 900 registered voters surveyed, 15.6 percent were undecided or favored neither candidate.

UVa’s Center for Survey Research polled 1,096 adult residents of Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Fluvanna and Louisa counties and the city of Charlottesville.

What makes this so amusing is that Allen used to represent this same area in the Virginia House of Delegates (“He was a delegate from 1982 to 1991, representing a district in Albemarle County.”) and the U.S. House of Representatives (1991-1992). Apparently, those who know Felix best (remember this?) like him least. Shocker.
