Douglass Continues Virginia Families GOTV Tour

Join Congressional Challenger Brigadier General John Douglass for a Virginia Families “Get Out The Vote” stop near you. This final tour of all 23 jurisdictions in the 5th District culminates our campaign to help Virginia families, which includes more than 500 public events, more than 100,000 voter contacts and more than 1 million dollars contributed, mostly by fellow Virginians. During this Tour, General Douglass will rally supporters to get involved by making phone calls and knocking on doors to get out the vote for his campaign to help Virginia families get a fair chance at a better future. 

GOTV Tour Schedule:

October 31

  • Appomattox at 5:30pm: Stop at Democratic County Office on 174 Main St.
  • Cumberland at 7:30pm: Stop at Bright Hope Center on 3883 Cumberland

 

November 1 

  • Rappahannock at 5:30 pm: Stop at Kramer Building on 311 Gay St. in Little Washington
  • Greene at 7:30 pm: Stop at 48 Flintstone Court in Barboursville

 

November 2

  • Danville at 3:30pm: Kaine, Douglass Rally with Senator Louise Lucas on 212 N Union St.

November 3

  • Charlottesville at 3:30pm: Douglass Rally with Tom Perriello, Sen. Creigh Deeds, and Del. David Toscano at the First Amendment Monument on the Downtown Mall
  • Campbell at 6:00pm: Stop at NAACP Banquet, Rustburg High School on 1671 Village Highway
  • Charlotte at 7:30pm: Stop at Gethsemane United Presbyterian Church on junction of Hwy 59 & Hwy, Drakes Branch

November 4

  • Farmville at 2:00pm: Douglass Rally with DPVA Chair Brian Moran, First Baptist Church on 100 S. Main Street
  • Pittsylvania at 4:15pm: Stop at Pino's Pizza Italian Restaurant on 14 S. Main St. in Chatham
  • Smith Mountain Lake at 5:30pm: Douglass Rally with DPVA Chair Brian Moran and Martinsville Mayor Philip R. Deckard at the Democratic Office on 16483 Moneta Rd in Moneta
  • Buckingham at 7:30pm: Stop at Buckingham Arts Council on Administration Lane (off hwy 60) in Dillwyn

November 5

  • Fauquier at 5:30 pm: Douglass Rally with Sen. Mark Herring, Democratic Office on 251 W. Lee Hwy, Suite 705 in Warrenton
