All you Blue Virginians in the 99th House of Delegates district where Margaret Ransone is running unopposed:
WRITE IN ALBERT POLLARD.
You ballot will have Margaret Ransone’s name with an oval to the left of the name.
Below her name will be a blank line with an oval to the left of the line.
On the line, print ALBERT POLLARD.
Fill in the oval to the left of the line with ALBERT POLLARD.
Do not write in POLLARD, A. POLLARD, or anything else — write in ALBERT POLLARD fill in the oval next to his name.
