Recount started today in NOVA districts with lots of ballots to count; starts Tuesday for the rest of us.
Any word from NOVA?
I’m certain we won’t get any vote totals but I’m interested in whether or not the GOTP recount observers are behaving themselves, or, acting like jackasses???
