SPLC Suggests Culpeper County Reconsider Hate Training

I can't imagine why our local law enforcement would consider counter-terrorism training a priority, or why, given our proximity to the many federal agencies working on counter-terrorism, the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office could not schedule training through a more credible entity.
