I can’t imagine why our local law enforcement would consider counter-terrorism training a priority, or why, given our proximity to the many federal agencies working on counter-terrorism, the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office could not schedule training through a more credible entity. If any of you live in Culpeper County, you may wish to inquire as to how many of your tax dollars are being spent on this.
