As Decision Virginia writes, Ed Gillespie “never gave us a Yes or No” on the ruinous Ryan budget and he “is trying to walk a fine line” on immigration. Nor did Gillespie really answer the question about his background as an inside-the-Beltway lobbyist and Republican Party operative. One thing’s for sure, Gillespie “is hoping Tea Party folks will support his campaign in big numbers.” And that really says it all: Gillespie is pandering to the most extreme elements of his party, while refusing to provide clear answers on the most important issues of the day. Lame.
