Congratulations to Kevin O’Holleran for being named to Campaigns & Elections 2014 “Rising Stars” list. Having worked with him as a consultant to the Mark Herring for AG campaign in 2013, and having watched him in action in other campaigns and as Attorney General Herring’s Chief of Staff, I certainly agree that this honor is well deserved.
