Good for the Virginia Progressive Caucus members listed below (Delegates Rob Krupicka, Scott Surovell, Patrick Hope, Ken Plum, Mark Keam, Kaye Kory, Joe Morrissey; Senator Mamie Locke). I couldn’t agree more strongly with them on the following statement. On a related note, reporter Ryan Nobles just tweeted, “VA House of Delegates will reconvene Monday in preparation to respond to @GovernorVA action on the budget. Gov’s deadline is Sunday.”

The rest of the letter is on the “flip”
