So, according to kooky Ken Cuccinelli, Barack Obama – born in the state of Hawaii (to an American mother and Kenyan father) – might actually not have been eligible to be president because of (utterly bogus, loony-tunes) “questions” about Obama’s birth, while Ted Cruz – who actually WAS born outside the U.S. (in Canada, to an American mother and a Cuban father) is TOTALLY eligible to be president. No hypocrisy or contradiction there, oh no. As Cooch might say, “you can’t make this stuff up!”
