Just to put in a bit of perspective the guy Virginia Republicans are touting for coming to their “Advance” (aka, what most normal people call a “retreat”), consider:
- Christie hits historic low in latest approval poll: “only 19 percent approve of Christie’s performance, while 77 percent disapprove…That’s the lowest approval rating Quinnipiac has found for any governor in the nearly dozen states it has polled in more than 20 years…Thirty-six percent of voters gave Christie an ‘F’ mark, with 16 percent giving him a ‘B,’ 24 percent giving him a ‘C,’ and 22 percent giving him a ‘D.’ Only 3 percent gave Christie an ‘A,’ according to the poll.”
- Insiders say Donald Trump is ‘disgusted’ by Chris Christie: “President-elect Donald Trump is so disgusted with Chris Christie’s handling of the Bridgegate scandal that he’s kicking the New Jersey governor out of his inner circle” (that’s right, scumbag Christie is even too much for super-scumbag Donald Trump!)
