In addition to Virginia AG Mark Herring, Representatives Gerry Connolly and Don Beyer, Del. Eileen Filler-Corn, those speaking out earlier today against anti-Semitism were Rep. Barbara Comstock, Sen. Dick Saslaw, Fairfax County Board Chair Sharon Bulova and others. It’s great to see everyone uniting against anti-Semitism and hate – racism, Islamophobia, homophobia, you name it – of any kind, but really sad that we’re at this point in our country (following one of the ugliest elections, thanks to Donald Trump, in our nation’s history) that these types of united statements are even necessary. Now, if we could only get some leadership from Trump…yeah right, I know.
