Even “threatening to separate parents from their children is forbidden” by Dept. of Defense

As a former military interrogator – even the threat of family separation is forbidden when dealing with an enemy of war — let alone an applicant for asylum.

DHS/ICE is pushing a policy that DoD won’t even touch on an actual battlefield.
