Check out CCAN’s Harrison Wallace on Cville radio explaining the huge mistake Governor Northam made in sacking two Virginia Air Board members last week. The firing came right before a critical vote on Dominion’s fracked gas compressor station for the ACP pipeline.
Also, check out this video that CCAN released showing Dominion officials NOT answering questions from one of the now-fired Air Board members regarding the actual NEED for the ACP. The board member asks if Dominion generation plants in Virginia will use the gas. Listen as the Dominion officials waffle uncomfortably while not answering his question but essentially confessing that Dominion has been misleading the public. But apparently, when you ask direct questions that challenge Dominion’s falsehoods, Ralph Northam fires you.
And if you haven’t already, please call the Governor’s office at 804-786-2211 and express your shock and dismay at Northam’s unjust and anti-environmental action with the Air Board.
